Items Should be ‘like new’ condition and ‘newer styles’ (preferably less than 5 years old). All clothing must be freshly cleaned & pressed, free of smoke/other odors, stains, fraying, fading or pilling. Bring items in on hangers and we will change out to our hangers those we believe we can sell, and return yours to you.

We accept items based upon seasonal/inventory demands and Do Not accept wedding gowns, maternity clothes or undergarments of any kind.

How to Consign

Consignors must make an appointment so we can manage our inventory & staffing. Your first consignment, we create a contract with your ID#, which allows you to track items through an online link www.myresaleweb.com. Once items are priced into our system, a complete inventory will be emailed to you.

Consignment Agreement

The consignment period is 90 days, with automatic price reductions: 15% after 30 days and 30% after 60 days. Other periodic promotions are at the discretion of Ooh La La. You will receive 50% of the selling price OR 55% if taken as in-store credit. In the event items have not sold after 90 days, we pull your expired inventory and contact you to Pick Up within 10 days unless your contract election was to donate all unsold items to a local charity.

Payment Terms

Once an item sells, your consignor account will be credited and you are welcome to shop anytime from your account. Checks will be issued and mailed at the beginning of each month that your account shows a credit of $25 or more.
