Our Easy Consignment Process
Consignors must make an appointment by calling 520-398-3343. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-ins.
Upon your first consignment, we create a contract with your ID number, which allows you to track items through our online portal. Once items are priced into our system, a complete inventory will be emailed to you.
The consignment period is 90 days, with the following schedule:
- 15% price reduction after 30 days
- 30% price reduction after 60 days
- Removal from inventory after 90 days
Starting price and other periodic promotions are at the discretion of Ooh La La staff.
Payment Terms
Once an item sells, we have two options for payment.
55% STORE CREDIT
- Your consignor account will be credited and you are welcome to shop in person, anytime
- Pay using your account
- Store credit does not expire
50% PAYMENT BY CHECK
- Checks are issued and mailed to your address on file at the beginning of the month
- Minimum cash-out amount is $25 USD
In the event items have not sold after 90 days, we pull your expired inventory and contact you to pick up your items within 10 days – or elect in your contract to donate unsold items to a local charity.
